Born into a family-owned heating and air company, owner Woody Stokes learned about honest hard work while working for his father as a young man. Today, with more than 30 years of experience in the industry, he continues to practice the same ethics of honest hard work he first learned as a child.

Heating and Air Conditioning System Repairs
We specialize in Air Conditioning and Heating Systems Repairs, we strive to provide you with the best service experience possible. We understand that your heating and air system failing can be an extremely stressful experience, and we try to make the repair as painless as possible. We can provide service for all models and brands for your residential needs including replacements systems. We offer 24 hour emergency repairs. South Wake HVAC uses Up Front pricing, so our customers know what the price is upfront before a service, repair or replacement are performed.
Diagnostic Charge: $85.00 Covers the trip out and the first hour to diagnose what the problem is and what it will take to repair. After Hours & Holiday Diagnostic Charge: $185.00. After diagnostic has been made the repair will be quoted and if work is approved the diagnostic fee is free of charge.

Your heating and cooling systems will be serviced twice a year: once in the cooling season and once in the heating season. Residential Service Agreements: $185.00 Covers both of the Heating and Cooling systems.
$185.00 One system, $255.00 for two systems $325.00 for three systems.
Precision Tune-Up and System Check Up:
$90.00 Covers the inspection and tune-up of the heating and cooling system depending on the season. If parts are needed, additional charges will be discussed. Our precision tune-up is designed to maintain the efficiency and dependability of your heating and cooling system before it breaks down.
$90.00 One system $165.00 for two systems $240.00 for three systems.

HVAC System Replacements, we will assist you in selecting the perfect solutions for your home including design and installation.
